Payments will be processed the day of service. Depending on our clients’ preferences, payment info can be conveniently and securely stored for future cleaning appointments and repeat service schedules.
We accept cash, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), checks for recurring clients, and digital payment via Venmo.
We understand life happens and cancelling is sometimes necessary. Our policy requires that cancellation must be within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. If you cancel after the provided 24 hour window, there is an automatic $50 cancellation fee applied. No exceptions.
*If a Mother B service professional arrives at a scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to the home the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of the cleaning.
Gratuity is not required but is greatly appreciated! We love when a job well done is acknowledged (and so do our clients per our Cleaning Company Reviews) and it’s a principle we practice in compensating our employees. Service professionals work hard and are allowed to accept gratuity from our gracious clients.
