Unless indicated otherwise, we will clean every area in your home according to the following list, to the best of our ability in the cleaning time that you have requested. Exceptions and special instructions are indicated below the service list.

AREAS WE DO NOT SERVICE
Due to ensuring the safety of our service professionals we cannot offer the following services:
Moving of any furniture
Cleaning homes that have been infested with bed bugs or cockroaches
Cleaning large areas of floors by hand
Use of ladders higher than 3 feet
Cleaning of windows
Cleaning of cat litter boxes
Handling of pet feces
Cleaning areas soiled with body fluids or human excrement *except inside of toilets
Cleaning of fireplaces
Hand washing clothes
Providing laundry services when the laundry facilities are not located inside your building
Stepping on kitchen counters to clean the top of cabinets
Reorganizing clothing closets. We only clean the bottom of closet floors
Lifting or moving of heavy items
Cleaning inside of toilets without a proper toilet brush
Mother B accepts cash, debit and credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover). Regardless of payment type, client may be required to have a valid credit card on file. Payment for services is required no later than day of the scheduled cleaning.
The client understands that all credit card payments are processed one day prior to their scheduled cleaning appointment. Should Mother B not be able to process a client’s credit card payment one day prior to the day of the cleaning, the client’s account will be subject to a $15.00 late payment fee.
Unless otherwise requested, the following areas will not be serviced in general cleanings: Inside of the refrigerator , inside of the stove , windows and laundry services . With the exception of windows we will gladly provide the above services. Please be aware that the above services add additional time and will affect the cost of services.
ESTIMATED CLEANING TIMES
Every client and their home is different which requires varying amounts of time, which is why we provide a complimentary in-home consultation for first-time clients to arrive at an accurate estimate of time and price. Provided the home is in the same relative state seen at the consultation, additional time needed to complete job will not incur additional cost to our client.
Note : All first-time cleanings generally take longer as it is the first time we are cleaning your home.
SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT
Mother B service professionals arrive equipped with basic eco-friendly cleaning products properly researched and confirmed by third parties. We require that you have basic cleaning tools in your that are not transferable from other households a toilet bowl brush, a step stool and vacuum cleaner. Mother B can supply these tools for an additional fee. Please let us know when you book your appointment if we will need to supply you with any such tools. In addition, please be aware that if proper cleaning tools are not provided or if the cleaning tools provided are not quality tools, they may affect the quality of the job performed and the time it takes to complete the job.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NON-ENTRY POLICY
We understand that there are times when you might need to cancel, reschedule or change your cleaning appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours advance notice to cancel, reschedule or change your appointment. Due to the demand for our services, if you cancel, reschedule or change your appointment within less than 24 business hours of your scheduled appointment, you will incur a $45 cancellation fee.
**If a Mother B service professional arrives at a scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to the home the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of the cleaning.
Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. -3 p.m. We welcome your calls.
FOUL WEATHER POLICY
In the event a Mother B service professional cannot clean your home due to extreme weather conditions, we will gladly reschedule your appointment to the next available cleaning day. In most cases your appointment will be rescheduled within 1-2 days after the original appointment date.
